This website is designed to keep our customers up-to-date with what we are up to, new products that will be coming soon and to provide you with the ability to let us know what you think and what you would like to see added to the range! the moment, we only sell our items through Amazon and occasionally on eBay, but are
hoping to open up our own online store soon.
Bespoke by Spike also welcome enquiries from customers or businesses about bulk purchases. Please complete the form on the 'contact us' page and we will get back to you as soon as possible (we aim not to take more than 48 hours whenever possible).
When Bespoke by Spike was started in 2006, the original plan was to offer people the ability to create bespoke handmade cards for special occasions ranging from the individual design of a card for a new baby or co-ordinated stationery designs for a wedding (hence the name 'Bespoke by Spike'!). The market was then flooded with 'make-your-own' card kits and a certain lunar animal started appearing on our TV screens offering personalised cards too! So, whilst we still offer the service of making you totally handmade cards, we also have diversified into the pewter and Sterling Silver gift market!! When my son was born, he had a
head full of blond spiky hair and quickly assumed the nickname ‘Spike’. I’d already had the idea of starting a
bespoke card making business when I’d been disappointed with the range cards on offer when buying from card shops, and, during my maternity leave,
decided to bite the bullet and start a business. Combining the bespoke angle of the business
and my son’s nickname, Bespoke by Spike was born!
